chanel in shanghi?

just finished watching T.S.I., amazing....so anyway, i've been really paying attention to the
Chanel Pre-Fall 2010 collection and i must say, i'm kinda losing interest in Karl for Chanel. Of course there are nice pices...

but is it me or does the color pallet give me more of a Stephen Sprouse feel? not very shanghi...

and doing typical Karl for Chanel with the addition of oriental styling dosen't necessarily spell Shanghi either.

food for thought. at least Jason Wu got it right. very nice pieces were found in his pre-fall collection, and kudos to manipulating and working around one silhouette.

ah, im so up. usually i would be going to bed for the internship ( i have to wake up at 5) luckily its christmas eve tomorrow, so were off.
